Job Description-
Responsible for complete placement cycle from sourcing new clients, developing , maintaining client relationships, sourcing candidates to organizing for interviews and leading to closures upto final placement.
Evaluate, scrutinize, screening, short-listing and profiling the resumes of the candidates for the respective position being served to client.
Taking preliminary interview of candidate before sending to client
Selection and Recruitment of candidates through local database, job portals and head hunting.
